Workshop Focus:
Each grade level has their own unique set of lab activities that have been selected to match the state standards for that grade and assist with the students preparation for the No Child Left Behind testing. We typically present all of the lab activities for a specific grade over the course of a full day. However, we can be flexible and modify the amount of time spent with each group of teachers or present a mix of grade level ideas to pack more into a single workshop day. Your consultant will work with you to develop a schedule that meets your needs.
These workshops are offered in two sizes, on a larger scale (25-95 teachers) to an ESC, school district, diocese, or several schools that pool their resources. They can also be offered on a much smaller, individual scale (1-15 teachers) as an on-site workshop for a single school. In particular, if you choose to purchase classroom kits for different grade level you can use those kits during the workshop to reduce the cost of the training.
