So far this bug has shown itself only in Internet Explorer. To enable cookies, please choose"Tools" from menu bar in IE and go to "Internet options".
Choose "Privacy" tab and click "Advanced" button.
Check "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" check-box and put another check into "Always accept session cookies" box.
Click OK and you are good to go.
This will not affect your internet browsing experience in any other way.
